a certain deprivation of blessing to occur at the wrong time, let him himself be deprived of the blessing. 44 If anyone is found speaking in the cells, except for those who dwell in them, or the hesychasts, let him be deprived of the blessing. 45 If anyone speaks jests or idle words, let him be deprived of the blessing. 40 If anyone is found speaking against someone, or listening to those speaking against someone, and does not rebuke him, or inform the archimandrite, let him be excommunicated with him. 47 If anyone is found in the garden speaking with someone, or repeating psalms, or sleeping, except for those who are working, or those who are appointed, let him be deprived of the blessing. but if he should go out to the fortress, let him be excommunicated. 49 If anyone gives anything outside, or receives, without the permission of the archimandrite, let him be excommunicated.
50 If anyone, having met one of the returning strangers, speaks with him, except for giving the peace, apart from 31.1313 those who are appointed, let him be deprived of the blessing. 51 If anyone bothers the archimandrite on the pretext of the daily duty, except for the cellarer, or the head of the week, let him be deprived of the blessing; so that for each daily duty the head of the week and the steward may take diligent care of every need, lest they fall under the judgment of negligence. 52 If anyone comes at the wrong time to the kitchen or to the cellar, except for those who are appointed and those who care for good order, let him be deprived of the blessing. 53 If anyone, having been awakened by someone, is vexed at the time of the service or of the reading, let him be excommunicated. 54 If anyone enters the infirmary excessively after the visit following the morning prayers, except for the hesychasts and those entrusted with its care, let him be deprived of the blessing. 55 If anyone, entering without the permission of the infirmarian, rests in the infirmary, let him be deprived of the blessing; but if he is afflicted or sick, let him first inform the infirmarian. 50 If any of the afflicted changes the place where he sleeps, without the permission of the infirmarian, let him be excommunicated. 57 If any of the appointed servants in the infirmary serves anything to a brother without the permission of the infirmarian, let him be deprived of the blessing. 58 If any of the sick is found exchanging things without the permission of the infirmarian, or of one of the servants, let him be deprived of the blessing. 59 If anyone is found, except for the archimandrite, writing to someone or receiving letters, let him be excommunicated.
60 If anyone sends a blessing to someone, or ever receives anything, apart from the archimandrite, let him be deprived of the blessing.

τινα ἀπευλογίαν γενέσθαι ἀκαίρως, αὐτὸς γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. μδʹ Εἴ τις εὑρεθῇ λαλῶν εἰς τὰ κέλλια, ἐκτὸς τῶν ἐνοικούντων αὐτὰ, ἢ τῶν ἡσυχαστῶν, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. μεʹ Εἴ τις εὐτράπελα λαλῶν ἢ ἀργολογῶν, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. μʹ Εἴ τις εὑρεθῇ καταλαλῶν τινος, ἢ ἀκούων κα ταλαλούντων τινῶν, καὶ μὴ ἐπιτιμῶν αὐτῷ, ἢ μηνύων τῷ ἀρχιμανδρίτῃ, σὺν αὐτῷ ἀφοριζέ σθω. μζʹ Εἴ τις εὑρεθῇ εἰς τὸν κῆπον λαλῶν μετά τινος, ἢ δευτερῶν ψαλμοὺς, ἢ κοιμώμενος, ἐκτὸς τῶν ἐργαζομένων, ἢ τῶν ἐντετυπωμένων, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. δὲ εἰς τὸ φρούριον ἐξέλθοι, ἀφοριζέσθω. μθʹ Εἴ τις διδοῖ ἔξω τι, ἢ λαμβάνει, παρὰ γνώμην τοῦ ἀρχιμανδρίτου, ἀφοριζέσθω.
νʹ Εἴ τις συντυχὼν ὁμιλήσει τινὶ τῶν ὑποστρε φόντων ξένων, πλὴν τοῦ δοῦναι τὴν εἰρήνην, ἐκτὸς 31.1313 τῶν ἐντετυπωμένων, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. ναʹ Εἴ τις ὀχλεῖ τῷ ἀρχιμανδρίτῃ προφάσει τῆς ἐφημερίας, πλὴν τοῦ κελλαρίου, ἢ τοῦ ἀρχιεβδο μαρίου, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας· ἵνα ἑκάστης ἐφημε ρίας ὁ ἀρχιεβδομάριος καὶ ὁ φροντιστὴς περὶ πά σης χρείας φροντίζωσιν ἐπιμελῶς, ἵνα μὴ τῷ κρί ματι τῆς ἀμελείας συμπέσωσιν. νβʹ Εἴ τις ἀκαίρως ἔρχεται εἰς τὸ ἑψητήριον ἢ εἰς τὸ κελλάριον ἐκτὸς τῶν ἐντετυπωμένων καὶ τῶν φροντιζόντων τῆς εὐταξίας, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. νγʹ Εἴ τις ἐξυπνισθεὶς παρά τινος λυπηθῇ ἐν τῷ καιρῷ τῆς ὑπηρεσίας ἢ τοῦ ἀναγνώσματος, ἀφ οριζέσθω. νδʹ Εἴ τις περισσῶς μετὰ τὴν ἐπίσκεψιν τὴν μετὰ τὰ ὀρθρινὰ εἰσέρχεται εἰς τὸ νοσοκομεῖον, ἐκτὸς τῶν ἡσυχαστῶν καὶ τὴν φροντίδα ἐγκεχειρισμένων, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. νεʹ Εἴ τις παρὰ γνώμην τοῦ νοσοκόμου εἰσελθὼν ἀναπαύει εἰς τὸ νοσοκομεῖον, γενέσθω ἀπευ λογίας· εἰ δὲ θλίβεται ἢ ἀῤῥωστεῖ, δηλούτω πρῶ τον τῷ νοσοκόμῳ. νʹ Εἴ τις τῶν κακουμένων ἀλλάσσει τόπον, ὅπου κοιμᾶται, παρὰ γνώμην τοῦ νοσοκόμου, ἀφοριζέ σθω. νζʹ Εἴ τις τῶν τετυπωμένων ὑπηρετῶν ἐν τῷ νοσοκομείῳ παρατιθεῖ τι ἀδελφῷ παρὰ γνώμην τοῦ νοσοκόμου, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. νηʹ Εἴ τις τῶν ἀῤῥώστων εὑρεθῇ καταλλάσσων παρὰ γνώμην τοῦ νοσοκόμου, ἤ τινος τῶν ὑπηρετούντων, γενέσθω ἀπευλογίας. νθʹ Εἴ τίς εὑρεθῇ, ἐκτὸς τοῦ ἀρχιμανδρίτου, γράφων τινὶ ἢ δεχόμενος γράμματα, ἔστω ἀφωρισμένος.
ξʹ Εἴ τις πέμπει τινὶ εὐλογίαν, ἢ δέχεται τι ποτε, παρεκτὸς τοῦ ἀρχιμανδρίτου, γενέσθω ἀπευλο γίας.
