Ἰάκωβος ὁ καλούμενος ἀδελφὸς τοῦ κυρίου, ποῖος ἦν ὁ γενόμενος ἐπίσκοπος Ἱερουσαλήμ, ὁ ἐπονομαζόμενος δίκαιος, ὁ εἷς ἦν υἱὸς Ζεβεδαίου καὶ ὁ ἕτερος Ἀλφαίου, καὶ ὁ ἄλλος τοῦ Ἰωσὴφ τοῦ μνήστορος, ὡς ἔλεγον Ἰουδαῖοι. Σίμωνα καὶ Ἰούδα, Ἰωσὴ τὸν ἀδελφόν, Ματθαῖος λέγει αὐτοὺς καλεῖσθαι τελῶνας, Λουκᾶς δὲ καὶ Λευῒν κεκλῆσθαι τελῶνα. Ἰωνᾶς δὲ ἑρμηνεύεται περιστερά.
