the most illustrious Lazarus; there keep your eye fixed both by night and by day; so that steering your life with the rudder of patience you may arrive at the same harbor of rest, in Christ Jesus our Lord, to whom be the glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Λάζαρον τὸν λαμπρότατον· ἐκεῖ ἔχε τεταμένον τὸ ὄμμα καὶ νύκτωρ καὶ μεθ' ἡμέραν· ἵνα τῷ οἴακι τῆς ὑπομονῆς κυβερνῶν σου τὴν ζωὴν εἰς τὸν αὐτὸν λιμένα τῆς ἀναπαύσεως φθάσῃς, ἐν Χριστῷ Ἰησοῦ τῷ Κυρίῳ ἡμῶν, ᾧ ἡ δόξα εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων. Ἀμήν.
