I think, someone will seek more, not even one of those who are very peaceful and God-loving; but you would know what follows. For I will add nothing of the 35.1152 harsher things, since it is a fatherly law to spare children. But may you find the great judge merciful and peaceful, both now and in the day of recompense, in Christ Himself our Lord; to whom be glory and power for ever and ever. Amen.

οἶμαι, πλέον ζητήσει τις, οὐδὲ τῶν σφόδρα εἰρηνικῶν τε καὶ φιλοθέων· ὑμεῖς δ' ἂν εἰδείητε τὰ ἑξῆς. Οὐ γὰρ ἐγώ τι προσθήσω τῶν 35.1152 τραχυτέρων, ἐπειδὴ παίδων φείδεσθαι πατρικὸς νόμος. Ἀλλ' ἵλεω τύχοιτε καὶ εἰρηνικοῦ τοῦ μεγάλου κριτοῦ, νῦν τε καὶ ἐν ἡμέρᾳ ἀνταποδόσεως, ἐν αὐτῷ Χριστῷ τῷ Κυρίῳ ἡμῶν· ᾧ ἡ δόξα καὶ τὸ κράτος εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων. Ἀμήν.
