ἢ συνηγορεῖν. ζ. Oἷον χρὴ εἶναι τὸν μεμυημένον. η. Περὶ συκοφαντουμένου, ἤτοι ἐλεγχομένου. θ. Ὅτι ἀδωροδόκητον εἶναι χρὴ τὸν ἐπίσκοπον. ι. Ὅτι ὁ ἐπίσκοπος ἀκρίτως φειδόμενος τοῦ ἡμαρτηκότος ὑπαίτιος γίνεται. ια. Ὅπως χρὴ τὸν ἐπίσκοπον κρίνειν τοὺς ἁμαρτάνοντας. ιβ. ∆ιδασκαλία ὅπως χρὴ προσφέρεσθαι τοῖς μετανοοῦσι καὶ τούτων παραδείγματα διαφορά. ιγ. Ὅτι χρὴ φεύγειν τῶν ἁμαρτημάτων τὴν πεῖραν. ιδ. Ὅτι χρὴ φεύγειν οὐ τὴν ἐν λόγῳ κοινωνίαν πρὸς τοὺς ἁμαρτά νοντας, ἀλλὰ τὴν ἐν ἔργῳ. ιε. Ὅτι οὐ χρὴ τὸν ἱερέα μήτε παρορᾶν τὰ ἁμαρτήματα, μήτε πρό χειρον εἶναι ἐν τῷ τιμωρεῖσθαι. ις. Περὶ μετανοίας καὶ τίς αὐτῆς ὁ τρόπος καὶ ὅπως κατορθοῦται. ιζ. Ὅτι ἀνεπίληπτον εἶναι χρὴ τὸν ἐπίσκοπον, ὡς τύπον τῶν ἀρχο μένων. ιη. Ὅτι χρὴ τὸν ἐπίσκοπον φροντίζειν ὅπως λαὸς μὴ πλημμελῇ διὰ τὸ εἶναι αὐτὸν σκοπόν. ιθ. Ὅτι καὶ ὁ ποιμὴν ἀμελῶς φερόμενος περὶ τὰ πρόβατα δίκην τίννυσιν, καὶ τὸ πρόβατον μὴ πειθαρχοῦν τῷ ποιμένι κολάζεται. κ. Ὅπως χρὴ τοὺς λαϊκοὺς τιμᾶν τοὺς ἐπισκόπους καὶ μάλιστα τοὺς κα. Ὅτι κίνδυνος μονομερῆ κρίσιν ποιεῖσθαι καὶ τιμωρίαν ὁρίσαι κατὰ τοῦ μηδέπω ἐλεγχθέντος. κβ. Ὅτι μέγα παράδειγμα μετανοίας πρόκειται ∆αβίδ, καὶ Νινευῖται, Ἐζεχίας τε καὶ ὁ τούτου υἱὸς Μανασσῆς. κγ. Πρὸς τοὺς ἐκ καταφρονήσεως ἁμαρτάνοντας ἔσω παράδειγμα Ἀμών. κδ. Ὅτι ὁ Χριστὸς καὶ Κύριος ἡμῶν παρεγένετο ἁμαρτωλοὺς σῶσαι διὰ μετανοίας. κε. Περὶ ἀπαρχῶν καὶ δεκατῶν, καὶ ὅπως ὁφείλει ὁ ἐπίσκοπος ἢ αὐτὸς μεταλαμβάνειν ἐξ αὐτῶν ἢ ἑτέροις διανέμειν. κς. Eἰ τίνος τύπον καὶ ἀξίαν ἕκαστος τῶν ἐν τῷ κλήρῳ τέτακται παρὰ Θεῷ. κζ. Ὅτι φρικῶδες ἄνθρωπον ἑαυτὸν ἐπιρρίπτειν ἀξιώματί τινι ἱερατικῷ, ὡς οἱ Κορεῖται, ὡς Σαούλ, ὡς Ὀζίας. κη. Περὶ δοχῆς, καὶ ὅπως χρὴ ἕκαστον τάγμα τοῦ κλήρου ὑπὸ τῶν προσκαλουμένων τιμᾶσθαι. κθ. Τίς ἡ ἀξία τοῦ ἐπισκόπου καὶ τοῦ διακόνου. λ. Ὅπως χρὴ τοὺς λαϊκοὺς πειθαρχεῖν τοῖς διακόνοις. λα. Ὅτι οὐ χρὴ τὸν διάκονον ἄνευ τοῦ ἐπισκόπου τι πράττειν. λβ. Ὅτι οὐ χρὴ τὸν διάκονον παρὰ γνώμην τοῦ ἐπισκόπου διδόναι τινί, ἐπὶ διαβολῇ γὰρ τοῦ ἐπισκόπου τοῦτο πράξει.
