I bring, in return for the many graces you deemed me worthy of, and you always deliver me from manifold calamities, from visible enemies, and even more from the invisible. May I round the end of my life as I began it, always rich in you as a protectress for all of life and a well-accepted intercessor to your Son with those who have pleased Him, the lovers of purity. Therefore, do not allow me to be given over to torments and to become a joy to the soul-destroying enemy. Stand before me and deliver me from fire and darkness, justifying me by faith and your grace; for in you grace has appeared to us from God, and to you I now weave a hymn of thanksgiving. Hail, O all-joyful Maiden, virgin mother, most beautiful of all virgins, most exalted, higher than the heavenly orders, lady, all-queen, joy of our race; you are always well-disposed to our race and for me everywhere the greatest salvation.
