Λογάριον κεντηνάριον αʹ. ἐσωφόρια ιʹ. ποτήριον ὀνυχίτου αʹ. ὑέλια κλεοπτ. ιζʹ. θυμίαμα θυλάκια λʹ. ἀλειπτὰ φʹ. τοὺς ζʹ κόμητας τοῦ αὐτοῦ ῥηγὸς ἀνὰ ἐσωφορίων βʹ. τοῖς ϛʹ ἐπισκόποις τοῦ αὐτοῦ ῥηγὸς σκαραμάγγια δίκτρινα ϛʹ. λόγῳ τοῦ κόμητος καὶ μαρκησίου τοῦ αὐτοῦ ῥηγὸς τοῦ πλησιάζοντος τὸ θέμα Λαγοβαρδίας σκαραμάγγια εʹ, δικίτρινον αʹ, διρόδινον αʹ, διβένετον αʹ, δίασπρον αʹ· ὁμοῦ σκαραμάγγια θʹ. ἐσωφόρια δʹ, ἐσωφόρια λεπτόζηλα γʹ· ὁμοῦ ζʹ. ἔργα ἀργυρᾶ διάχρυσα γʹ. εἰ δὲ καὶ αὐτὸς ὁ ῥὴξ οὐ παραγένη 662 ται, ἀποστείλῃ δὲ λαὸν, καὶ καταπολεμήσωσι καὶ ἀφανίσωσι τοὺς ἀποστάτας καὶ παραδώσωσι τὰ κάστρα τῷ στρατηγῷ Λαγοβαρδίας, ὡσαύτως δι' αὐτῶν ἀποστείλῃ τὰ προῤῥηθέντα πάντα πρὸς τὸν ῥῆγα. ἐδόθησαν τῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ Ἐπιφανίῳ λόγῳ ἐξόδου τοῦ αὐτοῦ ταξειδίου τῆς Λαγοβαρδίας σκαραμάγγια διαφόρων χροιῶν καὶ ἐξεμπλίων ϛʹ, ἐσωφόρια ὀκτάλια λʹ, λωρωτὰ κʹ, ἀληθινὰ κʹ. ἐξ αὐτῶν ἐξωδίασεν ὁ πρωτοσπαθάριος Ἐπιφάνιος σκαραμάγγια βʹ, ἐσωφόρια ὀκτάλια ιζʹ, λωρωτὰ ιβʹ, ἀληθινὰ ιδʹ. μετὰ δὲ τὸ ἀναδραμεῖν αὐτὸν εἰσεκόμισεν τὰ περισσεύσαντα σκαραμάγγια δʹ, ἐσωφόρια ὀκτάλια ιγʹ, λωρωτὰ ηʹ, ἀληθινὰ ϛʹ. ἰστέον, ὅτι τὰ θεματικὰ πλόϊμα ἐν τῇ κατὰ Κρήτης ἀφίξει ἐρογεύθησαν οὕτως· οἱ τουρμάρχαι ἀνὰ:λʹ, οἱ κόμητες τῆς κόρτης ἀνὰ:κʹ, οἱ χαρτουλάριοι τῶν θεμάτων ἀνὰ:κʹ, οἱ δομέστικοι τῶν θεμάτων ἀνὰ:κʹ, οἱ δρουγγάριοι ἀνὰ:κʹ, οἱ κόμητες ἀνὰ:ϛʹ, οἱ στρατιῶται ἀνὰ:γʹ, οἱ ναύκληροι τῶν γαλεῶν ἀνὰ:δʹ, ὁ λαὸς τῶν γαλεῶν, ἤτοι οἱ Μαρδαΐται, ἀνὰ:γʹ. ἰστέον, ὅτι οἱ τοῦ θέματος τοῦ Χαρπεζικίου ἐρογεύθησαν οὕτως. οἱ μεγάλοι τουρμάρχαι, ὁ μεριάρχης, ὁ κόμης τῆς κόρτης καὶ ὁ δομέστικος τοῦ θέματος ἀνὰ:εʹ, οἱ ἐλαττότεροι τουρμάρχαι ἀνὰ νομισμάτων δʹ, οἱ δρουγγάριοι ἀνὰ:γʹ, οἱ στρατιῶται ἀνὰ:βʹ. ἰστέον, ὅτι οἱ Σθλαβησιάνοι οἱ καθισθέντες εἰς τὸ ὀψίκιον ἐρογεύθησαν οὕτως· αἱ τρεῖς αὐτῶν κεφαλαὶ ἀνὰ: 663 εʹ, καὶ οἱ λοιποὶ ἀνὰ νομισμάτων γʹ. οἱ ἀπὸ τοῦ θέματος τῶν Θρᾳκησίων ἐν τῇ Κρήτῃ περάσαντες, ὁ στρατηγὸς, ὁ τουρμάρχης τῶν Θεοδοσιακῶν, οἱ τουρμάρχαι τῶν βικτόρων, οἱ τουρμάρχαι τῆς παραλίου, ὁ μεριάρχης, ὁ χαρτουλάριος τοῦ θέματος, ὁ κόμης τῆς κόρτης, ὁ δομέστικος τοῦ θέματος, δρουγγαροκόμητες ξδʹ, ἔχοντες οἱ αὐτοὶ δρουγγαροκόμητες οἱ μὲν ἀνὰ στρατιωτῶν δύο, οἱ δὲ ἀνὰ στρατιωτῶν γʹ, ὡς εἶναι τὸ πᾶν στρατιώτας ρνʹ. ἀπὸ τῆς προελεύσεως τοῦ στρατηγοῦ ὁ πρωτομανδάτωρ, ὁ πρωτοκαγκελλάριος, ὁ πρωτοβανδοφόρος, πρωτοδομέστικοι ϛʹ, πρωτοκένταρχοι ϛʹ, προελευσιμαῖοι πεζοὶ ρʹ. ἀπὸ τῶν Ἀρμενίων τῶν φυλασσόντων τὴν παραλίαν τοῦ θέματος. ὡς γὰρ ἀνήγαγεν ὁ στρατηγὸς, εἶχεν ἕως τῶν χʹ ἐξωπλισμένους πρὸς τὸ περάσαι ἐν Κρήτῃ· διὰ δὲ τὴν ὀλιγότητα τῶν καματέρων καραβίων οὐ συνεχωρήθησαν περάσαι, εἰ μὴ οἱ νʹ. ἀπὸ τοῦ βάνδου τῆς τούρμας τῶν Θεοδοσιακῶν κόμης αʹ, προαγέται δʹ, ὁ πρωτομανδάτωρ τοῦ τουρμάρχου αʹ, ὁ δομέστικος τοῦ τουρμάρχου αʹ· ὁμοῦ ζʹ· ἀπὸ τοῦ βάνδου τοῦ μεράρχου ὁμοίως ζʹ. ὅτι στρατιώτας οὐ προσέταξεν ὁ δρουγγάριος τοῦ πλοΐμου περάσαι ἐν Κρήτῃ, εἰ μὴ ἄρχοντας καὶ προαγέτας. ὅτι ὁ τουρμάρχης τῶν βικτόρων διὰ τὸ ἀσθενεῖν αὐτὸν κατελείφθη παρὰ τοῦ δρουγγαρίου τοῦ πλοΐμου εἰς φύλαξιν τῆς παραλίου τοῦ θέματος. 664 ἐκράτησεν δὲ ὁ αὐτὸς τουρμάρχης καὶ τοὺς προαγέτας αὐτοῦ. ΚΕΦ. μεʹ. Ἡ κατὰ τῆς νήσου Κρήτης γενομένη ἐκστρατεία καὶ ἐξόπλισις τῶν τε πλοΐμων καὶ καβαλλαρικῶν ἐπὶ Κωνσταντίνου καὶ Ῥωμανοῦ τῶν Πορφυρογεννήτων ἐν Χριστῷ πιστῶν βασιλέων εἰς ἰνδικτίονα ζʹ. Τὸ βασιλικὸν πλόϊμον οὐσίαι ρνʹ, ἐξ ὧν πάμφυλοι ϛʹ καὶ οἱ ἀρτίως κατασκευασθέντες βʹ. οὐσιακὰ χελάνδια ρʹ. ἐξ αὐτῶν τῶν Ῥουσίων ἔν τε ∆υῤῥαχίῳ καὶ ἐν ∆αλματίᾳ οὐσίαι ϛʹ, ἐν Καλαβρίᾳ οὐσίαι γʹ, μετὰ τοῦ ὀστιαρίου Στεφάνου καὶ νιψιστιαρίου εἰς τὴν Ἰσπανίαν δουλία οὐσίαι γʹ. εἰς φύλαξιν τῆς θεοφυλάκτου πόλεως πάμφυλος αʹ καὶ οὐσίαι κδʹ. τὰ μέλλοντα ταξειδεῦσαι ἐν Κρήτῃ πάμφυλοι ζʹ, οὐσιακὰ χελάνδια λγʹ, ὁμοῦ χελάνδια μʹ. δρόμονες κʹ ἀνὰ οὐσιῶν βʹ. οὐσίαι μʹ. οἱ Ῥῶς ἄνδρες φπδʹ καὶ παιδία τὰ ποιοῦντα ταξειδεῦσαι ἄνδρες μεʹ, ὁμοῦ Ῥῶς χκθʹ. οἱ Τουλμάτζοι ἄνδρες τξηʹ, οἱ αἰχμάλωτοι ἄνδρες ψ. ἐάθησαν εἰς φύλαξιν τῆς πόλεως οἱ στρατηγοὶ τοῦ Αἰγαίου πελάγους μετὰ χελανδίων παμφύλων ϛʹ ἀνὰ ἀνδρῶν ρκʹ καὶ χελανδίων 665 οὐσιακῶν δʹ ἀνὰ ἀνδρῶν ρηʹ. κατελείφθη δὲ καὶ μία οὐσία εἰς τὸ κόψαι τὴν τῆς ὀγδόης ἰνδικτίονος ξυλήν. ὁ στρατηγὸς τῆς Σάμου μετὰ χελανδίων παμφύλων ϛʹ
