of things? Consider that you too are one of them, and bear the affliction and the pain, being nourished by the hope of future things; you are not better than Paul, nor than Peter, who never obtained rest, who went through their whole life in hunger and thirst and nakedness. If you wish to obtain the same things as they did, why do you travel the opposite road? if you wish to arrive at that 62.298 city, of which they were deemed worthy, walk that road which leads there. The road of rest does not lead there, but that of affliction; that one is broad, this one is narrow. Let us walk this one, that we may obtain eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord, with whom to the Father, together with the Holy Spirit, be glory, might, honor, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.
