ἐν τῷ Χρυσοτρικλίνῳ, καὶ ὑπερευξάμενοι μεγάλως οἱ τοῦ κουβουκλείου ἅπαντες τό, "Εἰς πολλοὺς καὶ ἀγαθοὺς χρόνους" ἐξέρχονται,
καὶ ἀπέρχονται ἕκαστος αὐτῶν ἐν τῷ ἰδίῳ αὐτοῦ οἴκῳ. 2.118 ΟΗ (ΞΘʹ) Ὅσα δεῖ παραφυλάττειν, ἱππικοῦ ἀγομένου τοῦ καταλόγου.
Προσκαλοῦνται οἱ δεσπόται τοῖς πραιποσίτοις, κελεύοντες δοθῆναι τὸ βηλάριν, ἤτοι κρεμάσαι τὸ πάνιν. Ὁ δὲ πραιπόσιτος ἐξελθών,
λέγει τῷ θεσσαρίῳ· "Ἄπελθε, βάλε ἄνω." Ὁ δὲ ἐξερχόμενος ἔρχεται εἰς τὸ στάμα, ἤγουν εἰς τὸ Π, καὶ κατασφραγίζων, ποιεῖ τρεῖς
σταυρούς, καὶ ἀπὸ τῶν ἐκεῖσε ἀπέρχεται εἰς τὸ δεύτερον κριτάριν, κἀκεῖσε ὁμοίως κατασφραγίζει τρίτον ἐπὶ τὰς θύρας, καὶ λέγει
τρίτον μεγάλῃ φωνῇ· "Ἄπελθε, βάλε ἄνω" καὶ εὐθέως ὁ κουστωδιάρις κρεμᾷ τὸ βῆλον ἄνω, καὶ ὁ μαγγανάρις ἱστᾷ τὰ κάγκελλα. Ὁ
δὲ θεσσάριος ἀπὸ τῶν ἐκεῖσε κατερχόμενος ἀπέρχεται εἰς τὸν στάβλον, καὶ ἵσταται εἰς τὴν φλιὰν τοῦ μεγάλου πυλῶνος καὶ λέγει
μικρᾷ τῇ φωνῇ· "∆εῦτε ἔμπροσθεν, παιδία, χαίρετε, ἄγετε" καὶ ἀνταποκρίνονται λέγοντες μεγάλῃ φωνῇ πάντες οἱ σταβλησιανοί.
"Χαίρετε." Εἶτα λέγει ὁ θεωρητής· "Θεοῦ τὴν νίκην ἔχῃ." Εἶτα οἱ σταβλησιανοί· "Τὸ πρόσωπόν σου, Οὐράνιε·" (οἱ Πράσινοι· Ὀλύμπιε.)
