προέορτον φωταυγίαν καὶ τὴν ἐπίδοσιν τῶν φατλίων ἐξάγειν αὐτοὺς πάντας κατὰ τὸν τύπον τὸν προγραφέντα πᾶσιν. ἐπὶ δὲ τῆς δεκάτης ἡμέρας τῶν αὐτῶν ἀκουβίτων δεῖ ὑμᾶς εὐτρεπίζειν εἰς κλῆσιν τῆς βασιλικῆς τραπέζης ὁμοίως ἀνθυπάτους πατρικίους ὀφφικιαλίους σὺν τῷ δομεστίκῳ τῶν νουμέρων καὶ τῷ κόμητι τῶν τειχέων, φίλους ιβʹ· εἰσάγειν δὲ αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐξάγειν μετὰ τῶν οἰκείων ἀλλαξιμάτων κατὰ τὸν δηλωθέντα τύπον. ἐν δὲ τοῖς λοι 753 ποῖς ἀκουβίτοις δεῖ ὑμᾶς καλεῖν τοὺς δύο τοποτηρητὰς καὶ χαρτουλαρίους τῶν νουμέρων καὶ τειχέων, τριβούνους, βικαρίους, λεγαταρίους, μανδάτορας, ξενοδόχους, γεροκόμους, χαρτουλαρίους τῶν εὐαγῶν οἴκων, ἀρχιατροὺς καὶ τοὺς διαιταρίους τοῦ μεγάλου παλατίου καὶ τῆς ∆άφνης, τὸν ἀριθμὸν σδʹ, καὶ πένητας ιβʹ· προκινσεύειν δὲ τοὺς ξενοδόχους καὶ γεροκόμους χαρτουλαρίους καὶ ἰατροὺς σὺν τῶν διαιταρίων ἐπὶ τῇ ὀπισθείῳ θέσει τοῦ ἀκουβίτου τοῦ βασιλέως, τοὺς δὲ ἄρχοντας τῶν δύο ταγμάτων ἐπὶ τῇ κατὰ πρόσωπον θέσει τοῦ βασιλέως· εἰσάγειν δὲ αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐξάγειν τοὺς μὲν ξενοδόχους μετὰ τῶν οἰκείων σκαραμαγγίων καὶ ῥωέων σαγίων, τοὺς δὲ ἰατροὺς ἅπαντας μετὰ τῶν οἰκείων διβενέτων, τοὺς δὲ τῶν ταγμάτων ἄρχοντας, τοὺς μὲν τοποτηρητὰς καὶ αὐτοὺς μετὰ ῥωέων σαγίων, τοὺς δὲ λοιποὺς μετὰ σκαραμαγγίων πάντας. ἐπὶ δὲ τῆς ἑνδεκάτης ἡμέρας ἀπείργεται μὲν ἡ τῶν ἀκουβίτων ἐκτελουμένης κλῆσις, τελεῖται δὲ τὸ κλητώριον ἑσπέρας ἐν τῷ περιβλέπτῳ τοῦ Ἰουστινιανοῦ τρικλίνῳ. προστοιχεῖται γὰρ τὸ αὐτὸ κλητώριον παρὰ τοῦ βασιλέως διὰ τοῦ αὐτοῦ ἀρτικλίνου πρωΐας, καὶ δεῖ ἡμᾶς προσκαλεῖσθαι εἰς κλῆσιν τοῦ αὐτοῦ δείπνου μαγίστρους, ἀνθυπάτους πατρικίους ὀφφικιαλίους, πραιποσίτους, πρωτοσπαθαρίους εὐνούχους, πριμικηρίους, ὀστιαρίους, μαγλαβίτας, κόμητας τοῦ ἀριθμοῦ καὶ κεντάρχους, τὸν ἀριθμὸν κατὰ τὸ ποσὸν τῆς τραπέζης, καὶ μετὰ τὴν θείαν τῆς ἑσπέρας μυστα 754 γωγίαν δεῖ τὸν καλέσαντα ἀρτικλίνην προτρέψασθαι πάντας ἀποθέσθαι τὰ ἑαυτῶν ἀλλαξήμια καὶ ἐπενδύσασθαι τὰ οἰκεῖα αὑτῶν σκαραμάγγια εἰς τὸ μετ' αὐτῶν συνεστιαθῆναι τῷ βασιλεῖ κατὰ τύπον. ἡ δὲ ἁγία τῶν φώτων ἡμέρα ξένην τινὰ καὶ περίβλεπτον λαμπροφορίαν εἰσάγουσα θαυμαστὴν καὶ πανάγαστον τὴν δεξίωσιν ἐκτελεῖ τῆς βασιλικῆς ἑστιάσεως. τὴν γὰρ ἕνωσιν τῶν οὐρανίων καὶ ἐπιγείων ταγμάτων διὰ τῆς δωρεᾶς τοῦ ἁγίου βαπτίσματος μυστικῶς εἰκονίζουσα τοὺς ἐν τάξει ἀγγέλων ἱερεῖς τῆς μεγάλης τοῦ Θεοῦ καθολιλικῆς ἐκκλησίας λευχημονοῦντας εἰς συνεστίασιν τῷ βασιλεῖ συνηγάγετο. καὶ δεῖ τοὺς ἐν ταύτῃ τῇ ἡμέρᾳ λαχόντας διακονίᾳ ἀκριβῶς ἐπίστασθαι τὴν εὐπρεπῆ κατάστασιν τῆς περιφανοῦς αὐτῶν καὶ ἱερᾶς δεξιώσεως. ἐν γὰρ τῷ τελουμένῳ κράματι τῆς μεγάλης τοῦ Θεοῦ ἐκκλησίας δεῖ ὑμᾶς καλεῖν ἐπὶ τῆς τιμίας βασιλικῆς τραπέζης, μαγίστρους, ἀνθυπάτους, πατρικίους στρατηγοὺς, ὀφφικιαλίους, τὸν ἀριθμὸν ιδʹ· εἰσάγειν δὲ αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐξάγειν μετὰ τῶν οἰκείων ἀλλαξίμων, ἄνευ μέντοι τῶν ἑαυτῶν χλαμύδων. ἐν δὲ τῇ βασιλικῇ τιμίᾳ τραπέζῃ πρό γε πάντων συνεστιᾶται ὁ πατριάρχης τῷ βασιλεῖ, καὶ δεῖ ἡμᾶς καλεῖν τοὺς λογάδας τῆς ἐκκλησίας, οἷον μητροπολίτας σὺν τῷ συγκέλλῳ τὸν ἀριθμὸν ιβʹ, προστιχίζειν δὲ αὐτοὺς ἐν τῇ αὐτῶν εἰσαγωγῇ ἁρμοδίως κατὰ τὸν 755 ἑκάστου θρόνον, δηλονότι ἠμφιεσμένους αὐτοὺς πάσας τὰς λειτουργικὰς αὐτῶν στολὰς πλὴν τῶν ὠμοφορίων καὶ μόνον· συνεισάγειν δὲ αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐξάγειν διὰ τοῦ βασιλικοῦ καστρησίου, καθὼς ὁ τύπος τῆς εἰσαγωγῆς περιέχει. ἐπὶ δὲ τῶν λοιπῶν ἀκουβίτων δεῖ ὑμᾶς καλεῖν πρεσβυτέρους τοῦ μεγάλου παλατίου ιβʹ, τῆς μεγάλης ἐκκλησίας κδʹ, διακόνους ὁμοίως τοῦ παλατίου, τῆς μεγάλης ἐκκλησίας, τῆς νέας, λϛʹ, ὑποδιακόνους ὁμοίως λϛʹ, ἀναγνώστας ὁμοίως, ψάλτας ὁμοίως κδʹ καὶ παπάδας τοῦ σεκρέτου τοῦ πατριάρχου λϛʹ· ὁμοῦ σιϛʹ· εἰσάγειν δὲ αὐτοὺς καὶ ἐξάγειν οὕτως· τοὺς μὲν ἱερωμένους ἅπαντας μετὰ τῶν οἰκείων λευκῶν φελωνίων, τοὺς δὲ σεκρετικοὺς, ψάλτας τε καὶ ἀναγνώστας μετὰ οἰκεῖα καμίσια μόνον, δηλονότι κατὰ τὴν τάξιν καὶ ἔκθεσιν τὴν ἀνωτέρω μνημονευθεῖσαν. δεῖ δὲ προσέχειν ἐν τῇ αὐτῇ ἀνακλήσει, καὶ τὸν καιρὸν τοῦ μίνσου τῶν λεγομένων δουλκίων, καὶ σὺν τῇ τούτων εἰσόδῳ συνεισάγειν τοὺς δύο τῆς μεγάλης ἐκκλησίας λαμπροὺς δομεστίκους σὺν τῶν ψαλτῶν τε καὶ ὀρφανῶν ἁπάντων τοῦ συφραγίου, λευχημονοῦντας καὶ περιβεβλημένους τὰ οἰκεῖα φελώνια· διαιρεῖν δὲ αὐτοὺς ἔνθεν κἀκεῖθεν πρὸς τῆς εἰσόδου αὐτῶν οὕτως. τῷ μὲν ἑνὶ αὐτῶν 756 δομεστίκῳ ἅμα τῶν ψαλτῶν ἁπάντων στιχίζειν ἐπὶ τῆς δεξιᾶς θέσεως τῶν τερπνῶν ἀκουβίτων· τῷ δὲ ἑτέρῳ δομεστίκῳ αὐτῶν σὺν
