and persevering in their good work, swiftly, in a way they do not know, they are led up to glory, purification and dispassion and divine contemplation, and are not yet caught in the hands of the enemy, but from God they receive forgiveness of all sins, and of all errors together, and thus they become sons of the most high and gods by grace and useful instruments, effecting every good thing, or rather divine husbandmen guiding others towards truly good actions, towards works of salvation. Having believed and done these things - hear, all of you! - and having given myself wholly into the hands of God's husbandmen and servants according to His command, I found all things have come to pass in me without change and I marveled, and I cry out to all, shouting with a loud voice and exhorting and saying: For I cannot bear to bury these things in silence: Run, all you who feel you are outside the hands of God and His saints. Hurry and cleave to them inseparably with faith, with fervent love and with all your purpose, (398) cast away every mindset and your own will and give your souls into their hands, like lifeless instruments, doing or moving or acting in anything at all apart from them. And let their mindset become yours, likewise also let their holy will, as being the will of God, be fulfilled by you, and thus having traveled a short and entirely unhindered road you will become friends of God most high, and in a few days you will be shown to be heirs of the kingdom of heaven and of unspeakable good things. For as soon as you embark upon the straight way you will be numbered among all the saints, and all blessed mortals; for one who has sinned and traveled this road, the rough, and narrow and short and being without danger, and leading to the breadth of eternal life, as for one who has shown it to you, pray fervently all of you, who have willingly desired to walk in it and to follow fervently in the footsteps of Christ, so that both I and you may be found in it, walking blamelessly until the end of life, but also all who long to see Christ, so that together with joy leaving our bodies we may proceed to the repose there, to the breadth of paradise and be shown to be heirs of life and inseparable from God and from all the saints in Christ the only-begotten Son and God the Word
