Of the same to Photius, presbyter of Alexandria;
But if the two natures, being of different substance, have been mingled into one mixture, neither is preserved, but both, having been confounded, vanished.

Τοῦ αὐτοῦ πρὸς Φώτιον πρεσβύτερονἈλεξανδρείας·
Εἰ δὲ κέκρανται αἱ δύο φύσεις εἰς μῖξιν μίαν, ἑτεροούσιοι τυγχάνουσαι, οὐδ' ὁποτέρα σώζεται, ἀλλ' ἀμφότεραι συγχυθεῖσαι ἠφανίσθησαν.
