71 Κατά τινα νομοθετικὴν ἐπίνοιαν καὶ μεταχείρησιν, εἰς πειθὼ τῶν προσταττομένων ὑπ' αὐτῶν καὶ τοῦ πολιτικοῦ συμφέροντος, ἐν ἑκάστῳ ψεύδει χρῶνται ἐν φαρμάκων εἴδει οἱ νομοθέται δῆλον.
