Sermo in sanctum Romanum
96.477 Of Nyssa, from the sermon on Saint Romanus. The wonder-workers of Christ do not run across a thin rope, nor upon swords
tumbling upon naked ones, do they escape the wounds by skill, but instead of a rope they run along the narrow and precipitous road of piety with an unshaken step. And they blunt the edges of the tyrant's swords with their ambition for wounds 96.477, not making it their art not to suffer, but training to conquer in suffering.

Sermo in sanctum Romanum
