abounding in mercy, give ear to our prayer and attend to the voice of our supplication. Make with us a sign for good; guide us in your way, that we may walk in your truth. Gladden our hearts that we may fear your holy name; for you are great and do wondrous things. You alone are God and there is none like you among the gods, Lord; mighty in mercy and good in strength to help and to comfort and to save all who hope in your holy name.

Aloud: for to you is due all... Prayer 2: Lord, do not rebuke us in your anger, nor discipline us in your wrath;
