is greater, the Master of the heavens will provide for you many rewards for these things, and he will increase this commerce and praise.

Therefore, considering the profit accruing to us from there, let us all pour forth before the city, and taking our brothers, let us lead them back here, so that tomorrow also our theater may be full, and thus the festival be complete; so that on behalf of the zeal here the holy martyr may receive us into the eternal tabernacles with much boldness; of which may it be granted to all of us to attain, by the grace and loving-kindness of our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom and with whom to the Father be the glory, together with the holy and life-giving Spirit, now and ever, and unto the ages of ages. Amen.

μεῖζόν ἐστιν, ὁ τῶν οὐρανῶν ∆εσπότης πολλοὺς ὑμῖν ὑπὲρ τούτων παρασχήσει τοὺς μισθοὺς, καὶ τὴν ἐμπορίαν ταύτην καὶ τὸν ἔπαινον πλεονάσει.

Ἐννοοῦντες τοίνυν τὸ κέρδος τὸ ἐκεῖθεν ἡμῖν προσγινόμενον, πρὸ τῆς πόλεως ἐκχυθέντες ἅπαντες, καὶ συλλαβόντες τοὺς ἡμετέρους ἀδελφοὺς ἐπαναγάγωμεν ἐνταῦθα, ἵνα καὶ αὔριον· ἡμῖν πλῆρες τὸ θέατρον γένηται, καὶ οὕτω ἀπηρτισμένη ἡ πανήγυρις· ἵν' ὑπὲρ τῆς ἐνταῦθα σπουδῆς εἰς τὰς αἰωνίους ἡμᾶς δέξηται σκηνὰς ὁ ἅγιος μάρτυς μετὰ παῤῥησίας πολλῆς· ἧς γένοιτο πάντας ἡμᾶς ἐπιτυχεῖν, χάριτι καὶ φιλανθρωπίᾳ τοῦ Κυρίου ἡμῶν Ἰησοῦ Χριστοῦ, δι' οὗ καὶ μεθ' οὗ τῷ Πατρὶ ἡ δόξα, ἅμα τῷ ἁγίῳ καὶ ζωοποιῷ Πνεύματι, νῦν καὶ ἀεὶ, καὶ εἰς τοὺς αἰῶνας τῶν αἰώνων.
