Scythism prevailed from the days of Noe down to the building of the Tower of Babel and for a few years after the Tower period, that is to say, until the time of Phaleg and Ragau. These last migrated to the regions of Europe and, from the time of Thare—from whom the Thracians sprung —and on, have been associated with the country and peoples of Scythia.
