- Acceptance of terms
- By accessing the site you agree to the latest version of these terms, which will change from time to time.
- Site access
- No scraping the site or other automated access. It's a major drain on resources.
- User accounts
- No user account will be used to prepare or promote content unacceptable to CatholicLibrary.org, not limited to but including any content contrary to the teachings of the Catholic Church.
- We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time, with no reason for cancellation required. Account cancellation, suspension, or any other termination will not include any refunds. All accounts are disactivated immediately if payment is not received via our payment processor.
- Users are responsible for maintaining their account security by protecting their password, logging off of public devices, etc. Account sharing is not permitted.
- Users are responible for backing up their own user data such as notes. Save them offline.

- See our privacy page. In brief: We use javascript and cookies, and default to not sharing.

- Warranties
- No warranties, guarantees or promises are made at all in respect to the site or its content, which is continually changing. There are no uptime guarantees etc. Acess is as-is and when available only, including but not limited to paying subscribers.
