[3] Οὐ μαγεύσεις, οὐ φαρμακεύσεις: »Φαρμακοὺς γάρ, φησίν, οὐ περιβιώσετε.« Οὐ φονεύσεις τέκνον σου ἐν φθορᾷ, οὐδὲ τὸ γεννηθὲν ἀποκτενεῖς: πᾶν γὰρ τὸ ἐξεικονισμένον, ψυχὴν λαβὸν παρὰ Θεοῦ, φονευθὲν ἐκδικηθήσεται, ἀδίκως ἀναιρεθέν. Οὐκ ἐπιθυμήσεις τὰ τοῦ πλησίον σου, οἷον τὴν γυναῖκα ἢ τὸν παῖδα ἢ τὸν βοῦν ἢ τὸν ἀγρόν. Οὐκ ἐπιορκήσεις, ἐρρέθη γὰρ μὴ ὀμόσαι ὅλως: εἰ δὲ μήγε, κἂν εὐορκήσῃς, ὅτι: »Ἐπαινεθήσεται πᾶς ὁ ὀμνύων ἐν αὐτῷ. Οὐ ψευδομαρτυρήσεις«, ὅτι: »Ὁ συκοφαντῶν πένητα παροξύνει τὸν ποιήσαντα αὐτόν.«
